Some are better than others, and it really depends on what you want to do in-game.

This GTA 5 Mod Menu only works in Offline Story Mode on a Jailbroken PS4 console currently via 9.00 PS4 Payloads that can be injected with a PS4 Payload Injector, PlayStation 4 Tool Box, PS4 Payload Sender and also via Android devices.
